If you're starting your warrior journey, here are 5 essential asanas that can help improve your mobility, flexibility and core strength.


Although we don't see much of yoga practice in the anime universe, yoga can help us in the real world to become stronger, more mobile and more balanced. We may not always have the time or experience to complete full body routines but this shouldn't be an excuse to completely remove the practice or the cause that prevents us from practicing at least some of the yoga essentials. These 5 essential yoga asanas can help maintain mobility and flexibility for daily training and life activities.

Coach Tips

All warriors should focus their attention on breath control when completing these movements whether beginner or advance. Remember to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth when completing each movement. Experienced practicing warriors can simultaneously include box breathing.


How Many Times Should Warriors Incorporate These Asanas into Their Week?

Those of you just starting your journey, you can practice these asanas at least 1-2x a week. For those who have been practicing for longer, these asanas can be included into your routine for 3-5x a week. These can be completed in the morning when you wake up, before you go to bed or can be completed after a workout.
