How can we take our fitness abilities to a super level like Dragon Ball's Saiyan, Kale?
Fictional to Functional Workout:
There's no doubt that a common goal for us warriors is to achieve super level fitness like some of our favorite anime heroes such as Dragon Ball's, Kale. We may want to have the super abilities to lift heavy objects, execute advance fight movements, jump unbelievable heights or maybe move at super speeds. In Dragon Ball Super series, Universe Survival Arc, we are introduced to Kale who is from universe 6 who's warrior abilities achieved a super level that truly threatened the other universes in the battle including universe 7 where the Z-Fighter resides. This anime inspired workout, will challenge warriors to take their base calisthenics training to the next super level through more advance exercises.

Workout Implementation:
To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a calisthenics workout at least 3x/week at minimum.
Training Equipment:
Pull up bar
Plyo box
Calisthenics Workout Details:
Complete 20-30 repetitions for each exercise
Complete 4-6 sets for each superset
Rest 60-90 seconds between each superset
The Calisthenics Workout:
1. Extended Plank Push Ups + Supported Pistol Squats
2. Chin Ups + Glute Kicks
3. Planche Push Ups + Box Jumps
Exercise Alternatives:
If some of the exercises are too advance or equipment is limited below are some alternatives to safely regress exercises.

Supported Pistol Squat > Split Squat
Chin Up > Flex Arm Hang
