Fight Fit Workout: Beyond Limits

fight fit workout beyond limits

This fight fit workout, Beyond Limits will challenge warriors to take their training to the next level and go beyond their limits.

This anime inspired fight fit workout was inspired by the breaking limits scene when Trunks transformed into a Super Saiyan when Gohan was killed by the Androids attack. Although Trunks was stronger than the typical human being and portrayed a superior amount of power, he still had the ability to push beyond limits but unfortunately, only due to Gohan's death. This fight fit workout, Beyond Limits will challenge warriors to take their fight abilities beyond their current limits.

Clinch Move: Round House Kicks

Coach Saikou Notes:

  • Return every single punch back to your chin.

  • Although these rounds include basic fundamentals in stand up fighting, the basics should consistently be trained whether a beginner or Saikou (supreme) warrior.

  • When executing the hook punch, pivot the foot. If you hook left, pivot left foot. If you hook right, pivot right foot.

  • When executing the knee strikes, slightly lean back to thrust your hips forward adding more hip power behind the knee strike.

  • If needed, slow each kick to follow the four steps of execution: chamber the leg, extend, recoil and ground the foot returning to fight stance.

  • When executing the round house kick, pivot the grounded foot to add more power behind the kick.
