This fight fit workout was inspired by Mash Burnedead and his unique abilities to stand up against and battle some of the most elite wizards the Mashle series. Mash may come off as a goofy character to those in the wizarding world and some may even take advantage of this, but little do they know, Mash does not put up with no bull-shit and will stand for what is right. This anime inspired fight fit workout, The Formidable Fighter, will challenge warriors to complete three rounds of essential and advance fight techniques to also train toward becoming a formidable fighter.

Workout Benefits:

Improve explosive power

Increase both cardio and muscular endurance

Increase the number of "back pocket" fight techniques a.k.a. advance fight techniques


Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a fight fit workout at least 3x/week at minimum.


Training Equipment:

Punching Bag

Boxing Gloves

Hand wraps


Fight Fit Workout Formidable Fighter Details:

3 Rounds: R1 3 minutes, R2 4 minutes, R3 5 minutes

Rest 1-2 minutes between each round


Warm Up:

Complete a 5 minute warm up or complete Initial Mile's Total Body Warm Up.


Cool Down:

Complete a 5 minute cool down or complete Initial Mile's Chi Flow Yoga Routine.


Fight Fit Formidable Fighter Workout:

Round 1: Jab + Cross + L Hook + R Uppercut + L Hook + R Uppercut + Cross

Round 2: Jab + Cross + L Hook + R Front Kick + R Round House Kick + L Axe Kick

Round 3: Jab + Cross + Flying Punch + R Spin Back Kick + R Flying Knee

Clinch Exercise: Straight Punches


Fight Fit Formidable Fighter Coach Notes:

Pivot front foot during the hook punch

Pull every single punch back to your chin

Look at your target while executing the spin back kick

More speed on the clinch exercise straight punches and less power

Clinch exercise straight punches should be executed non-stop
