This anime inspired fight fit workout, Unstoppable Fighter, can help warriors learn how to execute common Muay-Thai techniques.


This anime inspired fight fit workout was inspired by the rare sighting of Muay-Thai fighter, Pamput during the Dragon Ball World Tournament. Although he was no match for Goku, like many of the fighters in line who went up against Goku, Master Roshi himself stated that Pamput was an unstoppable fighter based on his Muay-Thai skillset. This fight fit anime inspired workout, Unstoppable Fighter, can help warriors train some of the basics of Muay-Thai to improve their offense skillset during training.

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a fight fit workout at least 3x/week at minimum.


Training Equipment:

Punching Bag

Boxing Gloves

Hand wraps

Plyo Box


Warm Up:

Complete a 5 minute warm up or complete Initial Mile's Total Body Warm Up.


Cool Down:

Complete a 5 minute cool down or complete Initial Mile's Chi Flow Yoga Routine.


The Workout:

Round 1: Jab + Cross + L Up Elbow + R Cross Elbow + R & L Knee

Round 2: Jab + Cross + L Hook + R Uppercut + R Push Kick + R Round House Kick

Round 3: Jab + Cross + + L Up Elbow + R Spin Back Elbow + Low L Round House Kick + Flying Knee

Clinch Exercise: Box Jumps


Coach Saikou Notes:

  • Pay attention and alternate kicking legs after each execution where noted to. This will help maintain balance for strength, coordination and skill.

  • When executing punches, always return each punch back to your chin.

  • Pivot the grounded foot when executing the round house kick.

  • Thrust hips forward when exectuing knees for more hip driven power.

  • Strike target with the tip of your elbows.

  • Up elbow is targeting underneath the chin.

  • Cross elbow is targeting going across the chin.

  • Box jump height should be at waist level or higher.
