This ginger endurance shot combines a small amount of ingredients that come packed with natural compounds that can help improve digestion, reduce inflammation and boost immunity. Level up by taking a shot in the morning to start the day or mid-afternoon as an energy booster.

Ginger Endurance Shot Ingredients:

1.5 oz. water - 0 cal.

Raw Ginger Root 2g - 2 cal.

1x Garlic Clove - 4 cal.

2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice - 7 cal.

1/4 tsp Chia Seeds - 27 cal.


Ginger Endurance Shot Directions:

  1. Pour water and lemon juice into a mini blender

  2. Add washed, ginger (unpeeled) and garlic clove into liquid mix

  3. Pour chia seeds over ingredients

  4. Blend the ingredients

  5. Pour blended ingredients into a cup

  6. Place the shot in fridge until chilled

  7. Once chilled, consume as a shot
