Run Workout: Geonosis Run

Star Wars inspired run workout Geonosis Run

This hybrid run workout, Geonosis Run will challenge Saikou warriors cardiovascular endurance, speed and agility!

This Star Wars inspired run workout was inspired by the battle on Geonosis. It was the Republic vs. Separatist, a.k.a Jedis vs. Droids in a wild battle before the foundries could be returned to full capacity. This battle had both sides ducking, jumping, spinning and running to maneuver around incoming lasers from blasters and this run workout will have Saikou warriors mimicking the challenges the troopers and Jedi's experienced when trying to survive this long-lasting battle.
