For this complete body weight training routine, warriors will focus on improving muscle definition and strength in the chest, back, shoulders, glutes and legs. While completing this workout, it's imperative to pay close attention to the weight you're utilizing and staying within the recommended RPE intensity zones for best results.


Weight Training Complete Body One Routine:

Superset 1 - Dumbbell Chest Press + Dumbbell Lateral Shoulder Raises

Superset 2 - Dumbbell Back Row + Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Superset 3 - Dumbbell Squat + Dumbbell Hip Bridge
