This weight training workout routine, Pull Day 3 can help warriors take their "bar" skills, strength and overall performance to the next level.


There's no doubt that some of our favorite anime hero's have unbelievable strength and power. When we look at some of their physical attributes, they are typically well-balanced in their muscular build. They portray strength in their lower body, upper body, front of body and back of the body. Because they are well-balanced, this can be one driving factor to ultra performance. This weight training workout routine, Pull Day 3 can help warriors not only build a strong posterior, upper body but also take their skills to the next level.

Workout Implementation:

To maintain balance between all other training practices, it’s recommended to complete a calisthenics workout at least 3x/week at minimum.


Training Equipment:

Pull Up Bar

Dumbbells


Weight Training Workout Details:

Complete 8-12 repetitions for each exercise

Complete 4-6 sets for each superset

Rest 30-60 seconds between each set


Weight Training Workout:

Renegade Row

Dumbbell Back Fly

Front Shoulder Raise

Pull up

Chin up

Muscle up


Exercise Alternatives:

Muscle up > Supported muscle up with resistance bands

Negative pull ups or chin ups > Decrease the time for ascending and descending
