Yoga: Center Core Flow

Improving your core doesn't always mean lifting heavy or completing a ridiculous amount of sit-ups, crunches, leg raises etc. Yoga can be just as beneficial, if not, more beneficial when it comes to strengthening your core. This yoga routine, Center Core Flow, can teach you how to control your breath, how to engage specific muscles and of course, help improve your flexibility, mobility and core strength.





Yoga Routine Details:

Complete each exercise in sequential format.

Complete each exercise for 3-5 deep breaths or complete each exercise for 30-60 seconds.

Spinal Rotation

Seated Side Bend

Cobra Stretch

Down Dog

Opposite Arm Leg Plank

Frog Stretch

Superman Hold

Pigeon Pose

Side Plank

Cat Cow

Donkey Kicks

Child's Pose
