Although strength, endurance and power are imperative for the warriors journey, achieving peak potential may not be achievable without efficient breath control and the ability to move freely without pain. This yoga routine, full body energy flow can help warriors improve their breath control and overall mobility which in return can support other areas in their warrior training.

Complete each exercise for 3-5 deep breaths or complete each movement for 30-60 seconds.
