Seated side bend

Seated spinal rotation

Pigeon stretch

Single arm downward dog

Deep squat

Star Wars Force Flow Exercise Alternatives:

Single arm downward dog > Standard downward dog

Tree pose > Standing overhead stretch

Crow pose > Straight arm plank


Coach Saikou Notes:

  • Modify breaths length for each exercise

  • Execute each exercise at your own comfort level.

  • While executing the hand to big toe pose, hook the big toe with fingers.

  • Use a wall for additional support on the crow pose.

  • Use a wall for additional support on the warrior 3 pose.
